About South West Queensland Thunder
SWQ Thunder FC is an advanced licenced club providing opportunities for players to play at the highest level available in the Darling Downs South West region. This includes FQPL1 Men and Women and FQ Academy Under 10-18 Boys and Girls. We also enter a small number of teams in the local FQ Darling Downs competition as a part of our player development strategy. We have strong affiliations with local community clubs and schools and work on developing the capabilities of local players through participation in our Advanced Accelerate program, Accelerate program and holiday coaching clinics.
